Thank You for Supporting Iona & the SPCA

I simply wanted to say a heartfelt thank you to everyone who so generously supported Iona in this year's SPCA Pet of the Year fundraiser.

Your kindness and generosity helped raise an amazing $1,780, contributing to a remarkable $163,546.18 raised nationally to help the SPCA continue its vital work caring for sick, injured, abused and abandoned animals throughout New Zealand.

We are absolutely delighted to learn that Iona finished among the Top 12 dogs in the country, earning a coveted 'Monthly Hero' place in the 2027 SPCA Calendar. She will feature as the calendar image for one month, and I couldn't be prouder of my little girl - not because of the recognition, but because of what it represents.

Every dollar donated will help the SPCA rescue, rehabilitate and rehome more than 55,000 animals across New Zealand each year. That is an extraordinary achievement made possible by compassionate people who believe every animal deserves care, kindness and a second chance.

To everyone who donated, shared Iona's page, encouraged others to support the campaign or simply cheered her on, thank you. Your generosity will make a genuine difference to the lives of thousands of animals, and we are incredibly grateful.
