Plough:

Getting through their paces ahead of respective assignments on Monday at Taupo, Dreamer (Miller) was followed at an interval by Fast Fiction (Stack) as the pair cruised through 600 metres in an easy 41.5.

Secret Whisper (Miller) worked from the 1400 metres at three-quarter pace, quickening to run 1000m in 1:07, last 600m in 38. Freshened since last racing, he is scheduled to resume in the Benchmark 75 1400 metres on Wednesday Aug. 28 at Matamata.

Readying to trial on Tuesday Aug. 27 at Te Teko, Enhance (Rizman) and 3 f Henrythenavigator - Chasing Mammon (Demir) covered 600 metres in 41. 3 f Darci Brahma - Pteridophyte (Rizman) did similar work alongside Dane's Anatomy (Demir), who trials in mid-September.

Abidewithme (Miller) pleased her rider, Peerage (Donnelly) worked solo, Rapid Gain (Stack) was tracked by King's Rock (Miller), Alert (Stack), Chambord (Stack), Aspen (Stack) and Sebrose (Miller), Flirty Gertey (Stack) and 3 f More than Ready - Insouciant (Miller), Jewels Gift (Miller) and Osmunda (Stack).

Stanica Star (Rizman) worked over 600 metres at three-quarter pace. Vive La Difference (Miller) and 2 f Any Suggestion - Spanish Lullaby (Stack) worked over 400 metres at three-quarter pace on the all-weather track.
